Appointments:
We see all patients on an appointment basis, reserving a specific amount of time for individual treatment. We value your time and try to see you promptly. If you are unable to keep a reserved appointment please notify us 24 - 48 hours in advance, which will then give another patient time to continue or complete their treatment. If an emergency arises during office hours, we will try to see you the same day you call.
New Patients: When you call our office depending on our schedule, we can reserve an appointment visit within 1-2 weeks. If you are calling because of an emergency situation, we will try to see you the same day during the office hours.
Emergencies:
There is never a "right time" for a dental emergency. Recognizing this, our staff strives to promptly accommodate your schedule and your needs.
During office hours we can be reached at 860-429-0230. For your convenience, there is answering machine where you can leave messages any time of the day and we will return your call as soon as possible. After business hours if you are a patient of this office and have a dental emergency, Please call Dr.Paulose at 860-978-8347 and leave a detailed message with your name and phone number. Your call will be returned promptly.
Your 1st Visit:
Upon arrival you will be asked to complete a patient history form which will include pertinent information concerning your health and Insurance coverage details. We recommend that you come 10-15 minutes early to fill up these forms.
In order to make an efficient analysis of your dental needs, a clinical examination, x-rays and possible study models may be needed. If you have had a recent full mouth series of x-rays please bring them with you. You have to sign a release of records from your last dentist so that we can access your records. We will be happy to help you secure copies of those records.
Continuing Care:
Regular 6 months check up and preventive oral health care treatment is a wise investment.
We hope that you share in our belief that early care is easier and less costly than treatment that is delayed. That is why we encourage maintenance care visits every six months. Re-care visits consist of oral cancer screenings, detection of cavities and gum problems, as well as preventive cleanings.
