Financial Considerations:
Charges for services are due at the time dental treatment is provided.
A diagnosis and treatment plan will be explained during your initial visit. An estimate of your dental needs will be presented and your investment in dental care will be discussed. If treatment requires multiple visits, a mutually satisfactory payment schedule will be arranged. We also accept Cash, Personal Check, MasterCard and Visa as forms of payment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate at least 24 hours notice. For your convenience you can leave a message on our answering machine anytime.
Insurance:
Dental insurance is intended to cover a portion of your dental treatment. The amount depends on the individual contract your employer or union has with the insurance carrier. In most cases, you are responsible for a deductible and a portion of the fee not covered by your contract.
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of CT, Delta Dental of NJ, Cigna Dental (PPO), Guardian, Aetna (PPO), Pequot, Metlife,United health care and Standard Life. However if you are enrolled with insurance companies other than the above, we can process the dental claims for you but payments have to be made up front and the insurance company will reimburse you.
Our trained staff will help you complete and submit all necessary claim forms and answer any questions that may arise.
We ask that you bring pertinent insurance information and forms at the time of your first visit.
